Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to ShopLead AI, operated by XDRX Labs. By installing or using the app, you represent that you can bind the Shopify merchant you act for and agree to these Terms.

The service

ShopLead AI provides a context-aware storefront assistant, lead capture tools, attribution, and a merchant dashboard. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Merchants should review their product information and configure the service appropriately.

Merchant responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and follow Shopify's applicable terms.
• Provide accurate product, privacy, and consent information to shoppers.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing content or to collect sensitive information.
• Keep Shopify account access secure and notify us of suspected abuse.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes up to 25 newly captured leads per calendar month. The Pro plan provides unlimited lead capture for USD $19 per month. Paid charges, approval, cancellation, and plan changes are handled through Shopify. Pricing shown in Shopify at the time of approval controls if it differs from this page. Taxes may apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will provide notice when a material change reasonably requires it.

Intellectual property

Merchants keep ownership of their content and data. They grant us a limited right to process that material only to operate, secure, and improve the service. ShopLead AI and its original software, branding, and documentation remain owned by XDRX Labs and its licensors.

Third-party services

The service depends on Shopify, Google Cloud, OpenAI, and other providers. Their services and terms may affect functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. XDRX Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

A merchant can stop using the service by uninstalling the app or cancelling a paid plan through Shopify. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful activity, or where required by Shopify or law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where XDRX Labs is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights are not limited by this section.
